Lindsey Kramer is the visionary behind Bon Temps, a premier planning and design house known for creating events that are both elevated and deeply personal. With a background rooted in hospitality and a signature style that’s equal parts refined and intentional, she has spent the last decade transforming love stories into unforgettable celebrations across Louisiana and beyond.
Born and raised in the heart of South Louisiana—from Breaux Bridge to Baton Rouge, now living and loving in Lutcher—Lindsey brings a deep appreciation for the rich culture and distinct beauty of the region. That spirit of place informs every Bon Temps event, resulting in a portfolio as diverse and vibrant as the people she serves.
Acts of service are her love language, and that comes through in every detail she crafts and every relationship she builds. Lindsey is most at home behind the scenes—mentoring her team, designing with soul, and ensuring each client feels seen, celebrated, and completely cared for. Her favorite moment? That quiet pause before the ceremony, when her bride sees herself fully dressed—and everything becomes real.
Beyond the timeline and tablescapes, Lindsey’s joy is found in connection. And that connection is what makes her work unforgettable.
Averi Guidry

Averi Guidry brings heart, precision, and a touch of adventure to the BON TEMPS experience. A Lafayette native now based in Baton Rouge, she has built a reputation for her calm professionalism, her ability to lead with warmth, and her genuine love of connection. Known for her organization and her steady presence, she has a natural talent for turning even the most complex timelines into smooth, joy-filled celebrations.
By day, Averi is a devoted teacher who thrives on building relationships and creating structure. By night and weekend, she channels that same energy and care into wedding planning, ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and completely cared for. Her background as a classically trained violinist, with more than fifteen years of experience performing at wedding ceremonies, brings a rare understanding of rhythm, timing, and emotion to her work.
Averi is a firm believer that planning should be just as memorable as the wedding day itself. She loves the behind-the-scenes logistics, the creative problem solving, and the vendor relationships that make it all come together. When she is not planning weddings, you can usually find her hopping on a plane for her next adventure. Whether it is Disney, New York, Vegas, Mexico, or the mountains, she is always up for exploring something new and bringing that same spirit of excitement into her work.
